Our furnace was acting up during the snow storm, but it was still working so it wasn’t urgent. Chris kept me updated one when he had an open time slot and sent Troy, who was great! AC blowing warm air and 100+ temps outside. CC came out within the hour to fix my issue. The tech (Shannon) was very friendly and answered all my questions while he worked. Reasonably priced - IMO - and extremely fast response time. Will be setting up some preventative maintenance to prevent further issues.
